Overview
While working on projects for Cinepolis (Through IA Interactive), I
had the opportunity to created new solutions for the commercial app and website. In
addition to created and led the design process of a suite of administrative tools for
the company.

Designed for six countries in the initial scope, with more to be
added in the future.

Commercial product
Helped improve the way users purchased tickets, food and tracked their preparation process. Refine various workflows and key screens to guide users, ensuring that information is transparent and easy to find.
Administrative tools
Helped to implement the company’s internal processes (across various departments) within
a unified system, in order to reduce the time required for each task and achieve a more
streamlined workflow without relying on external touchpoints.
To achieve
this, we held meetings with the teams in each department to ensure we understood their
challenges, needs, and processes, and then delivered a product that is easy to
understand and helps them perform their work more efficiently.
